Oswestry Church Bowling Club is one of the oldest sporting organisations in Oswestry, having been formed in 1925. Located on The Broadwalk, off Church Street, close to the town centre, the Club fields eight teams in the Oswestry and district Bowling League (including two veterans teams), and three teams in the Shrewsbury Leagues (including two veterans team). League matches are played on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and spectators are always most welcome. The Club welcomes new members from beginners to experienced bowlers, and a variety of membership options are available.
