Felton Flexors is a group who get together to enjoy gentle, fun exercise, tailored to individual needs, which is therefore, suitable for older people, those with a disability or limited movement, or anyone with limited mobility. They meet at West Felton Village Hall each Wednesday morning, from 9.30am to 10.30am, and there is a charge of £3 per session. New members are always most welcome.
