The Domestic Violence Helpline for Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin is run by West Mercia Women’s Aid and gives confidential advice and support, as well as access to a place of safety. Helpline opening hours are 7am-10pm weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends and bank holidays. If you need Domestic Abuse support when the helpline is closed please contact the 24hr National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247. There is also a Livechat available from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday for those who want to contact the helpline silently or who prefer to text rather than talk.
