Hands Together Ludlow offer help with transport solutions to vulnerable people and people on a very tight budget. Their aim is to help people ensure that, as far as possible, lack of access to transport doesn’t reduce their quality of life, by helping signpost people to flexible travel solutions, including various community transport charities in the area and organisations offering transport for hospital appointments. Their volunteers are sometimes able to provide transport for important events and meetings for people unable to travel to these events by taxi or through lifts from family, friends or neighbours. Hands Together Ludlow also provide subsidised weekly transport for people who cannot travel to and from their weekly community lunches by any other means.
