Eastern Mystique with Angela dance classes combine the expression and fluidity of dance with all the benefits of exercise. Eastern Mystique is a fusion of traditional belly dance with more contemporary dance styles, and is a vibrant art form, which may include veils, scarves, hand fans and other accessories in the choreography. Sessions offer great exercise for the core muscles, as well as being an uplifting experience that benefits body, mind and spirit. These fun and enjoyable classes take place at Mayfair Community Centre, each Tuesday afternoon, from 5pm to 6pm, and cost £9.50 per session, or £44.50 for a block booking of six sessions.
