STFC Foundation’s Military Hub offers sessions which are open to all military veterans, looking to connect with like-minded people for peer support, physical activity and social connection. Members can participate in some light physical activity, including gym and boxing sessions, as well as quizzes and other activities. These sessions support people physically, mentally and socially, and provide a space in which members can share experiences and connect with new people. Sessions take place in Smithy’s Bar, which is located at the old Powerleague site at Shrewsbury Town Football Club, each Tuesday afternoon from 12.30pm to 2pm.
