Listening Horse CIC is a community interest company that offers Equine Facilitated Mental Health Services combined with physical activities to children, young people and adults of any background, supporting clients with a vast range of mental health and additional needs. Children and young people aged between 7 and 18 can choose between equine enrichment (EE) or equine facilitated learning sessions (EFL) on either short of long term basis. Adult clients aged 19+ have the option to choose between Equine Facilitated Psychotraumatology (EFPT) or Equine Facilitated Learning sessions (EFL). Each session is tailored to the individual or group needs and promotes development of vast range of skills such as emotional regulation, communication and team work.
