The Vron Gate show has been held (almost) every year since 1967. Held in Vennington, Shropshire at the base of the Long Mountain, the traditional rural show was originally set up to showcase the best of local produce and as a great place to get the community together. The Vron Gate show has a wide number of classes for all ages to enter across home grown produce, flowers, cookery, handicrafts, photography, farming, children’s classes and much more. There are prizes for the winners and a host of cups awarded across the different disciplines. They have a wide selection of children’s traditional games and races, face painting, craft stalls, live music, vintage vehicles, bbq and much more. The ever popular Vron Gate dog show classes contest will also be taking place with prizes for the serious showring to the best dressed pooch! A great day our for the family.
