STFC Foundation offer Yoga sessions providing gentle yoga and relaxation techniques suitable for all ages and abilities, and exercises can be done seated, if necessary. They will allow you to practice mindfulness and take time to reconnect with yourself within guided yoga sessions in a warm and supportive environment. These sessions take place at the Dam Strong Gym, each Wednesday afternoon, from 2.15pm to 3.15pm, and here is a small charge of £4 per person.
