You’ll be greeted by Santa’s cheerful elves bearing tasty mince pies, delicious popcorn, and warm mulled wine for the grown-ups. Enjoy festive songs, magical storytelling, and a special reading from Santa’s legendary Naughty & Nice list. Gather together for a family photo with Santa, then follow their elf to the Toy Shop where a special gift awaits every child! Up to two adults may enter the winter wonderland with each child grotto ticket. The adult ticket contains your paid Day Entry ticket + free entry to the grotto. Parking is FREE with Grotto Admission. Babies under 6 months can have free entry to the grotto as long as they are attending with another child who has a ticket, however they are unable to provide babies a gift. If there is only one baby under 6 months attending with an adult, a child’s grotto ticket would need to be purchased.
