Age UK Shropshire Telford & Wrekin offer Zumba Gold classes for older people, which provide lower impact and easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired exercise sessions. Zumba Gold follows the Zumba formula, but is designed for the active older adult, and done at lower intensity, so not as fast, but just as much fun. Sessions take place in the Dance Studio at Theatre Severn each Wednesday and Friday morning, from 11.30am, and cost £7.50 per person. Please wear suitable clothing and bring a small bottle of water.
