Nurture Hub is a strictly not-for-profit mental health support service offering low-cost counselling and support to parent carers with SEND children, adopters and foster carers that are looking for specialist support from people who understand. There services include: Counselling for parents with a SEND child. They offer up to 20 weeks of telephone or Zoom Counselling. Their session fees are kept low so that they are affordable, starting from £35 per session. Research. Services are informed by ongoing education in relation to trauma and working with disabilities. They are a caring, compassionate team who, where possible, have lived experience. Therapeutic Groups. All their groups for parent carers are donation-based. They run a bi-monthly online complex needs support group, a monthly yoga / breathwork online session and run creative therapy online groups. They also offer specialist inhouse training for other professionals and support workers. There online creative group is the first Tuesday of the month 10am – 11am to get booked in please contact them on their email address. Participation.
