A friendly Mum & Baby Yoga class suitable for new mums and babies following the 6-week postnatal check up (8 weeks following c-section). These classes have been lovingly designed to ease away tension and calm busy minds. You will slow down our breathing to help find your inner calm. Physically you will focus on reconnecting with our beautiful postnatal bodies. You will release tight muscles and strengthen the body, particularly the core and pelvic floor area- essential for a healthy spine and posture. Yoga for babies can be weaved into the the classes throughout (we wouldn’t want them to feel left out after all) or baby can lie on mat next to mum.
