The Extra Time Hub is a social group and support system for retired or semi-retired people over 50 across Shropshire. The Hub aims to offer the chance to improve and maintain healthy well-being by enjoying different activities each week, including walking football, gentle seated exercise, quizzes, raffles, and more. The group meets in Smithy’s Bar, which is located at the old Powerleague site at Shrewsbury Town Football Club, each Thursday morning from 10am to 12noon, and there is a small charge of £4 per session, with refreshments available.
