The Extra Time Hub is a social group and support system for retired or semi-retired people across Shropshire The group meets at the Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation, each Tuesday and Thursday, from 10am to 12noon, to improve and maintain healthy well-being by enjoying different activities each week, including walking football, walking hockey, boccia, bingo, quizzes, knitting, crafts, and more. There is a small charge of £3 per session, including refreshments and activities.
