Burford Primary school was originally built in 1976 in single storey design and has been extended since. It can accommodate disabled children and wheelchairs. There is an adjoining playing field of approximately 2 acres, exclusively for the use of the children. Within the school grounds are an adventure trail for use at playtimes, a pond, an area designated for Forest Schools, and outdoor classroom area specifically for Early Years children . Burford Primary School offers wraparound care with a Breakfast Club running each day from 7.45am until 9am and Oak Tree Club after school club running each day from 3.30pm-5.30pm On our school site we have an independent Pre-school which was rated as outstanding by OFSTED following an inspection. Burford Pre-School is open 9:00 – 3:30 Monday – Friday.
