Beat is a national charity providing information, help and support for people affected by eating disorders, giving sufferers and their loved ones a place where they feel listened to, supported and empowered. The charity provides Helplines for people of all ages, offering support and information about eating disorders no matter where you are in your journey. Support on the Helpline is available by phone, email, webchat (live link) through their social media accounts and by letter.
