The Burwarton and District Gardening Club meets on the second Thursday of each month, from October to June, at 2.15pm for 2.30pm start. Meetings include speakers, demonstrations, quizzes, an annual dinner in January, a spring show, a garden visit in June, a plant sale and a visit to a member’s garden in the summer. A raffle is held at every meeting and refreshments are also available. Membership is £12, and visitors are welcome at any time for a fee of £2.50 per meeting.
