Prisoners’ Families Helpline offers a free confidential service for anyone who is affected by the imprisonment of a close family member or friend. The National Prisoners’ Families Helpline is operated by the Prison Advice and Care Trust under contract to Her Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service and provides information and support for families across England and Wales. Pact is a national charity which provides support to prisoners, people with convictions and their families. They support people to make a fresh start, and minimise the harm that can be caused by imprisonment to people who have committed offences, to families and to communities.
