The Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin (MNVP) are an independent team working to design and improve maternity care. The Partnership is an independent team made up of: women and their families; commissioners (people who plan, buy and monitor services); providers (people who deliver services, such as midwives and doctors); the Local Authority (LA) who commission public health and social care and support services. The MNVP listens to and gathers feedback from service users, as well as holding focus groups and meetings to build a picture of the needs and experiences of families, to ensure that everybody’s voice is heard.
