Bowbrook Archers, one of the biggest archery clubs in England, welcome all forms of bow, and shoot Target, Field and Clout. The club owns its own shooting ground, which is available for members’ use year round, and in 2017 the club opened a new Indoor Range and Clubhouse at their base near Withington (postcode SY4 4PS will take you to within 30 yards of the field). Introductory courses for beginners of all ages run across the year, and the club also offers taster sessions for groups of up to 16 people.
