Family Matters offers counselling to survivors of rape and sexual abuse across West Mercia. They aim to provide counselling to survivors of any age or gender as long as they are a resident within a funded area. They are specialists in the areas of childhood sexual abuse and rape. They aim to relieve the mental and physical distress felt by survivors of childhood sexual abuse; to break that cycle of abuse and to reduce the incidence of suicide and self-harm amongst survivors.
