Orleton Recreation Ground is a community owned and managed green space beside the village hall. The land comprises play areas for all ages, including a zip wire and climbing wall. There is a wooded natural area and dog walking. (Dogs must be controlled and dog fouling is strictly prohibited.) There are also well cared for pitches, with a resident football club, Orleton Juniors FC, which is entirely run for both boys and girls football at grassroots youth level.
