Originally started over 30 years ago, the Buildwas Players had a lull for 25 years, and then in 2010, reformed. Since then, they have put on a pantomime every February. Their members get involved in productions as performers and directors, but they also welcome people who are interested in being involved backstage, including technical support (lights, sound, video recording), set building/painting, props and costumes. The Players also raise money for a nominated local charity each year.
