Breathe supports bereaved children and young people in the context of their family setting. We aim to support and empower families to have healthy conversations about grief. Breathe is a registered member of the Childhood Bereavement Network. Our volunteers are DBS checked and have regular appropriate training. We offer individual support sessions to children and young people where they can have a safe space for children to talk about the death of a loved one, exploring and preserving memories. We use creative play, talking, journaling, games and educative tools to understand and express their grief.DROP IN We run a monthly family drop in on a Saturday morning at Barnabas Church Centre (SY3 7DN).Children, young people and parents are welcome to stay for a short time or the whole session.
