Whittington Cricket and Bowls Club welcomes new members. Cricket: the club fields a Saturday Shropshire League team and a Shrewsbury and District midweek league team. Bowls: eight bowling teams compete in the Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Wem Leagues from April to September.
