Action for M.E have a children and young person’s service. The Young People’s Community is open to anyone with M.E. aged up to and including 18, it is a great way for them to talk to other people their age who have M.E. The website also has lots of online information on M.E. and you, your health and your education – plus information and support for your parents, too. They also offer information, support and advocacy for young people, their parents/carers and professionals, no matter what the issue. You, or your parent or carer – or anyone in your family – can call their Information Advocacy and Support Service on 0117 927 9551 or send them an email. Action for M.E also can offer support to young people through their free Young People’s Counselling Service. The counselling service is available for young people 13-18 years old. For access to some great services, Young people can join their Young People’s Community– it’s free, and open to anyone with M.E. aged up to and including 18.
