There are a number of venues around the county that can be used for meetings and training sessions. Shrewsbury: A range of rooms are available for hire at the Gateway Education and Arts Centre. Shrewsbury: The Lantern in Sundorne has meeting rooms for use by community groups and projects which are available for hire with or without presentational aids. Cleobury Mortimer: The Cleobury Country Centre incorporates a training room suitable for 26 delegates and a conference room suitable for 12 participants. Craven Arms: Craven Arms Community Centre has a conference room, as well as two smaller meeting rooms, plus other onsite facilities. Ludlow: The Rockspring Community Centre has a main hall and two smaller meeting rooms for hire. Many branch libraries also have rooms, or space, that may be booked by individuals and groups for meetings, either private or open to the public.
