Shrewsbury Men’s Shed is a friendly and informal place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and to enjoy making and mending. The Shed provides well equipped workshops for woodwork, metalwork, blacksmithing and soon horticultural beds, and also a commercial kitchen and social space. It offers the opportunity for social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, with the aim is to provide companionship and a sense of purpose. No experience necessary, and all abilities are most welcome. Feel free just to drop in for a brew and a look-see any weekday between 9 and 4. Membership costs just £5 a month.
