Are you interested in learning more about Domestic Abuse and how it has affected you? This 12 week programme aims to help victims and survivors to identify different types of abuse and recognise behavioural tactics used by abusers. It also helps victims and survivors understand how they are affected by the different tactics and learn to recognise early warning signs. Participants will end the programme also being able to recognise the behaviour of non-abusive partners. The course is FREE, refreshments are provided and it is held in a relaxed and safe environment.
