National Women’s Register (NWR) is an international organisation of women’s discussion groups, connecting women who are interested in everything and talking about anything. Join them for lively discussion, to share ideas, meet other women and make new friends. If you are looking for a chance to meet some new people, especially if you have just moved to the area, then National Women’s Register (NWR) is for you. The Shrewsbury group meets fortnightly in an evening, via a mix of gatherings in church or village halls and Zoom meetings. They enjoy wide ranging discussions, quizzes led by members, occasional walks, visits and social events. There is also a small book group which meets on the third Monday of each month at 8pm. Members are drawn from Shrewsbury and surrounding villages covering a wide area.
