Shropshire Mental Health Support hosts a Men’s Group, providing space to chat openly about mental health and build a non-judgemental support network in a comfortable environment. Welcoming men of all ages and backgrounds, they aim to promote bonding as a team to overcome mental challenges and build confidence. The group meets at Observer House in Shrewsbury each Wednesday, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, and a £1 donation welcomed.
