Hodnet and District Garden Club is a friendly group offering the chance for local gardeners of all abilities to gather, listen to speakers on a variety of subjects and participate in various club activities. The Club meets at Lyon Hall (from 7.30pm) on third Tuesday of each month from February to May and September to November. During June and July, the club organises outings to gardens or other places of interest. These meetings include speakers, demonstrations, raffles, competitions, quizzes and prizes. Tea, coffee and cake are also provided at no extra cost. The annual membership fee for 2024/25 is £15, with guests more than welcome to attend meetings at a cost of £3 per person, and new members are always most welcome.
