BKN Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kick Boxing offers Kung Fu classes with instructor Brian Nelson, and other Black Belts taught by and under the control of Brian. Classes for all grades are held at The Eileen Sandford Community Centre, each Monday evening, from 6pm to 7pm, and new members are most welcome.
