The Meole Brace Garden and Allotment Club holds monthly meetings on Monday evenings, with speakers, from September to April. The club’s annual show is held on a Sunday in August and a plant sale is held in conjunction with it. The club also administers three allotment sites: on Stanley Lane, Vicarage Road and Washford Road. There is currently a waiting list for allotments, which has had to be suspended due to overwhelming demand.
