Shrewsbury Unitarian Church is located on the High Street in Shrewsbury, and has easy access. The Church is open each Sunday for Services at 11am and for Quiet Reflection on Thursdays between 1pm and 2pm, and all are welcome. It is also open to visitors on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons between 1pm and 3pm and at other times when possible. The Church has no minister, but is very well served by visiting ministers and lay leaders, interspersed with regular “Circle Meetings” where they adopt a theme and celebrate it either with poetry, readings and music, or use it as a basis for discussion. The Church is available for weddings (including same sex marriages), funerals and naming ceremonies. It can be hired for events eg talks, concerts, etc, and there is an upstairs room which is also available for hire.
