U&I Counselling in Oswestry is a voluntary counselling organisation run by a group of local professional counsellors. The ‘Integrative Approach’ they follow allows them to offer counselling to suit the individual’s needs. The service is available to young people, individuals, couples or families, regardless of age, sex, faith, sexual orientation or disability. Referrals can be made via a doctor, any agency or people can contact the organisation directly. Flexibility allows short or long term face to face sessions within a confidential safe space and with regular reviews of the work being done. A minimum voluntary donation of £5 per session is requested to help keep the service operational. They are also happy to provide quotes on application, for commissioned or block sessions for businesses and other organisations. U&I Counselling also offer couples / family and relationship therapy, and the minimum donation for this therapy is £10.
