Do you like to sing? Go along and join a choir of ladies who do just that – enjoy singing but also like learning how to sing well and show off their skills at the occasional concert. They meet every Tuesday during term-time at 7.15pm, to start at 7.30pm, in the Methodist Church in Bayston Hill. Members pay their subscription (currently £6 per session) at the beginning of each half term. The choir are happy to have visitors, so if you are unsure of your abilities or whether or not you will enjoy the choir, go along and try them out. We do not hold auditions, we just ask which section you would like to join – Soprano, Second Soprano or Alto. You can try them all if you are not sure. For more information, or if you are interested in going along to the choir rehearsals, please contact using the details provided. Entry to the building is via the front door and the group meet in the church itself which is the first left-hand door as you enter the lobby. If you arrive after 7.30pm and the door is locked (for security purposes), wait for a break in the music and knock on the stained glass window of the church to alert someone to let you in.
