Hands Together Ludlow offer free, leisurely walks around Ludlow, designed to help people get out and about, and to lead a more active lifestyle. The walks are all at a gentle, slow pace and are ideal for those who are keen to get moving, recovering from an operation, or walk with the aid of a stick. These walks start from Ludlow Library each Wednesday morning at 10am, with the option of a 0.5, 1 or 1.5 mile route. After the walk, there is an optional social get together for a warm drink and piece of cake at the Hands Together Ludlow building.
