The Safe Space Movement provides a shared space for anyone to access if they feel they need mental health support and information. The Movement is a support service run by volunteers who are passionate about supporting people from all walks of life, and their mission is to eradicate the stigma associated with mental health and asking for help, so that everyone can get the right support they need when they need it. If you feel you need advice about your mental health, are confused about medications, or are unsure of your rights, you will find many useful resources on their website, where there are also links to external agencies that can provide more information. Please note: the Safe Space Movement do not provide a crisis line, although their volunteers are all trained to the highest level in terms of interventions and are able to signpost and support if necessary.
