At Wheelchair Travel they provide a unique service, solving the private transport needs of disabled people either resident in, or visiting the UK from overseas Their vehicles can accommodate one wheelchair-user plus 6 seated passengers and ‘heavy’ luggage, or 8 seated passengers with light ‘carry-on’ type luggage. With limited luggage the vehicles will also carry two wheelchair-users. The vehicles are equipped with a 300kg (660 pounds) rear fitted power lift, floor tracking, tie-downs and safety belts.
