Shropshire Libraries offers a Home Library Service, for people who find it difficult to use or travel to their local library due to disability, age, illness or care commitments.If you don’t have a relative, neighbour or friend who can bring library items to your home, we will try to find a volunteer for you.This service is free and available to people of all ages. It can be a short or long term arrangement, and you will receive a concessionary library card which means that you can borrow books and most other items free of charge.Also available is the Shropshire Libraries e-Library service, with e-Books, e-Audio, e-Magazines, e-Newspapers and online reference resources, many of which can be used from home.For more information about the Home Library Service, please follow the link to visit their website, or contact your local library branch.
