The website offers information, guidance and advice on all aspects of supporting a child or young person with additional needs from birth right up to the age of 25. Whether you are looking for a primary school or helping your child move into their first independent home, you’ll find practical resources to help you. As well as the guidance you will find on the ‘Supporting Your Child’ page, there is also a ‘Supporting Yourself’ section of the website, where parents can access information and articles on wellbeing, work, family and relationships, plus real-life blogs from other parents.
