Shrewsbury Grange Townswomen’s Guild is a friendly group, open to women of all ages. It covers the Castlefields, Copthorne, Harlescott, Mount Pleasant and Heath Farm areas of Shrewsbury. Townswomen’s Guilds are groups of women from all walks of life who meet together regularly, exchange ideas, develop new skills and interests, and, above all, have fun. The Guild meets at the Castlefields Community Hall on the fourth Monday of each month, at 1.45pm, and new members are always most welcome. There are speakers and demonstrations at the meetings and a variety of activities are arranged including: bowls, crafts, quizzes, coach trips, and visits to interesting places.
