Jan Phillips Fitness offers a range of fitness / exercise classes for all ages and abilities.Physical Yoga classes take place at Crowmoor Primary School on Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm.These classes concentrate on improving posture, body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance using the more basic postures of yoga.
