Active Cogs is a twice-monthly cognitive stimulation group for anyone who may be concerned about their memory. The group meets at Gatacre Pavilion, on alternate Monday afternoons, from 1.30 pm to 3.30pm, and offers opportunities for keeping active in a relaxed, supportive, friendly atmosphere.
