Chirk Cricket Club is a friendly club which plays at the Chirk AAA Sports and Social Club, offering options for cricketers of all ages. The Club runs two senior teams playing in the Shropshire League, holding practice sessions on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 7.30pm. They also run a veterans’ team called The Strollers, which plays friendly games during the season, and new players are always very welcome. Their junior teams play competitive matches during the summer in the North Wales league. Junior indoor nets start at the end of September and run every two weeks during the winter.
