The Ludlow Traveller is a community dial-a-ride transport scheme with a wheelchair accessible 22 seat minibus and a wheelchair accessible 13 seat minibus. The service operates every Wednesday and Friday, carrying passengers across the Clee Hill, Tenbury, and Ludlow area, for shopping, appointments or socialising. The Ludlow Traveller operates as a subsidised membership scheme. For individuals there is an annual membership fee of £20 to join, and once you are a member, each trip costs £2. A trip is one-way, so a return would be £4. Community Groups and other not for profit groups wanting to make trips can also use this vehicles to go to events, leisure and shopping outings and other activities. Group membership costs £30 per year, and then each trip is calculated at a rate per mile. The scheme is always looking for volunteer drivers.
