The Craven Arms Men’s Chorus (CAMC) is a male voice choir based in the south of the county, with members coming from the surrounding towns and villages, and as far as Ludlow.CAMC meet for rehearsals at St Laurence Parish Centre, each Monday evening during term time, at 7.30pm. They sing a wide range of music, from traditional male voice choir repertoire to folk, musical theatre, classical and some pop, and the group are always keen to welcome new members. You do not need to be able to read music, or to have any prior singing experience, although this is always welcomed.They are a relaxed group of gents whose aims are to enjoy singing and making a good sound, as well as meeting like-minded people who enjoy singing along with some social refreshments after rehearsals, and an annual meal together each February.Their Musical Director is local musician, Kimee Cleaton, and the accompanist is pianist, Graham Shuttleworth, and they happily accept booking requests for concerts and events.For more information, please follow the link to visit their website, contact using the details provided, or just pop along one Monday evening.
