The British Association of Play Therapists is the first and foremost professional body for Play Therapists in the UK. They seek to promote standards for Play Therapy practice, and is also now a registered charity. What they do: The BAPT website provides comprehensive information about Play Therapy and an online register of fully qualified Play Therapists, including those available for private referrals. Play Therapy helps children and young people to understand their feelings and to cope with upsetting or traumatic events. Rather than having to explain what is troubling them, children use play to communicate at their own level and at their own pace. https://www.facebook.com/BAPT1992 https://www.instagram.com/britishplaytherapy Local Offer Web Link https://shropshire.local-offer.org Referral Required?
